Our approach is built on total freedom: you own the van’s time. We work closely with our clients—from film crews moving sets to engineers handling multiple urgent call-outs—to ensure the vehicle is exactly where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. By opting for a flat day rate, you eliminate the complexity of individual quotes, allowing you to focus on the task at hand while your driver handles the logistics.

Our day rates are designed for high-flexibility within a specific region. A standard 8-hour day rate includes up to 100 miles of travel. This is usually more than enough for site-to-site moves or multi-drop circuits within a city and its surrounding areas. If your itinerary requires longer-distance travel, we simply apply a transparent per-mile charge for the extra distance
Within your booked time and mileage limit, you can make as many stops as you need. Whether you have three long stops or ten quick ones, the driver is at your disposal. The only limit is what can be safely and legally achieved within the 4 or 8-hour window you’ve booked.
We understand that projects can run over. If you need the driver for longer than your original booking, we offer a straightforward hourly rate for any overtime. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure the driver’s schedule is adjusted to stay with you.
A Half Day booking covers a 4-hour window, which is perfect for morning site runs or afternoon deliveries. A Full Day covers an 8-hour window for more intensive projects. Both options include a dedicated driver and vehicle exclusively for your use, with the time starting from the first arrival at your pickup point.
Day rates are most cost-effective for routes that start and finish in the same general region. While we can certainly end a day rate in a different city, please keep in mind that the total mileage (including the driver's return to base) and the time taken for that return journey must fit within your 4 or 8-hour booking to avoid extra charges.
Yes. Your driver isn't just there to steer; they are part of your team for the duration of the booking. They will assist with the loading and unloading of your goods at every stop. If your items are particularly heavy or bulky, just let us know in advance so we can ensure the vehicle is equipped with the right gear, like a tail lift or trolley.
Absolutely. You have total control over the schedule. Whether you need a 6:00 AM start for a construction site delivery or a midday start for an afternoon event, we work around your diary. Once you book your block of time, that van is reserved specifically for you at the exact hour you requested.
